1. How assurance is provided:
a) Partial Refund or Repair if the damage is fixable.
b) Replacement if the damage is permanent and not fixable.
2. Normal wear and tear & minor damage that doesn't compromise practical use are not covered by Quality Assurance.
3. Only manufacturing flaws are covered under QA. QA does not cover product misuse or mishandling.
4. Cosmetic defects are not covered by QA. Cosmetic defect refers to minor visual imperfections. Example; glue stain, slight scratch, fitting issue, etc.
Products with cosmetic defect can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of invoicing. Product should be in unused condition with it's respective box and tags.
5. SeptemVer reserves the right to refuse assurance in certain situations.
