Exception: 1. For electronics and factory sealed products, return is not applicable. However, in case of malfunction and defective units; they may be covered under warranty. Kindly, check our warranty policy page. 2. For inner-wears, return is not applicable.
For your purchase to qualify for Credit Refund:
1. Product should be in unused condition. 2. Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. 3. Physical invoice receipt is mandatory. 4. Credit Refund is possible only through store visit. It can't be made via phone call or online. 5. Credit Refund can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, any kind of return request will not be accepted.

Can I exchange the product for a different size? - Absolutely yes.
Can I exchange the product for a different product? - In short, yes if your product doesn't fall under "Exception" above. You can get a credit refund and use the credit to purchase any other item from our store within 1 year.
