Q. If my defective product gets repaired/replaced under warranty, does it mean the warranty gets renewed from the repaired/replaced date?
Ans:- No, warranty is from the date of purchase no matter whether it gets repaired/renewed.
Q. What is the difference between Guarantee and Warranty?
Ans:- A guarantee is a promise that something is of good quality and will perform the way it is intended to.
A warranty is a legal assurance issued to the consumer where the brand promises to repair or replace the product in case of quality issues.
Warranty will not be provided:
- during clearance or mega sales for the particular product.
- without Invoice Receipt. While purchasing on our store, kindly ask the staff/cashier to register your product for warranty on spot. This is mandatory, otherwise warranty can't be provided.
- if there is any physical damage or alteration to the product.
Steps to claim warranty:
1. Please share your query on whatsapp 9774484093. Reply will be made within 48 hrs.
2. You will be asked a few questions related to the product.
3. We will try to resolve the issue by giving you certain instructions through chat/call.
4. If issue seems to perish, you are required to visit our store and hand over the product with the invoice to us.
5. We will examine the product and give you an update within 2-5 days maximum.
