Returnable Product

    Pickup for refund/replacement policy covers only within Imphal. So if you are not from Imphal, please check the size chart thoroughly before ordering to avoid sizing issues. If you want to come & replace/refund, it should be done within 48 hrs. Our warehouse is at Kwakeithel

    FOR YOUR ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT:

    • Refunds will only be processed for damaged, defective, wrong product or wrong size. PLEASE NOTE THE SHIPPING CHARGE WHERE APPLICABLE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
    • Return request should be made within 48 hours after the product is delivered.
    • Requests for RETURN/REPLACEMENT due to loss of interest in the product will not be accepted.
    • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.

    Replacement policy covers :
    1. Wrong product size
    2. Defective Product
    Replacement can only be done once.

    Refund policy covers :
    1. When a replacement is not available
    2. Partial refund for minor product defect or anything reasonable

    How to request refund/replacement?
    ▪Contact us within 48 hrs after receiving your package.
    ▪Include your order number OR Include your order details (name, address & order date).
    ▪Include the reason for refund/replacement.
    ▪Include pictures of the product with included tags, invoice and packaging box.
    ▪For refund, include your phonepay/gpay/paytm/netbanking number.

    Any refund/replacement request should be made within 48 hrs after receiving the package. Anything after the period will not be entertained.
